How do I place my order with Drug Test Central?

There are two ways to purchase our drug testing products.

Online: Click the “Buy Now” buttons throughout the website to add products to your shopping cart. When ready, proceed to checkout. You will be asked for standard contact information as well as credit card information. All of your personal information is encrypted and secure.

Via Telephone: Call our toll-free Customer Service line to speak with a representative who can help you purchase. The number is 800.571.3135. Our team is available during regular business hours, Monday-Friday 9:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. EST.

Is your website secure?

Credit Card Processing

Yes. Our site is registered and certified. Credit card transactions are secure and processed using the Authorize.Net payment gateway.

What types of payment are accepted on your website?

Our website accepts credit card orders with Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Sorry, we do not accept C.O.D. orders or electronic checks.

How do I cancel an order?

To cancel an order, you must contact Drug Test Central within 24 hours from when the order was placed. Either email customerservice@drugtestcentral.com or call our toll-free Customer Service line at 800.571.3135 to place your cancelation request.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Returns and exchanges must be authorized in advance. Please inspect the items you purchase immediately after receipt. Returns are accepted within 30 days from the original purchase date. All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds. Customers MUST notify DrugTestCentral.com of any damaged products by calling 800.571.3135, emailing customerservice@drugtestcentral.com, or completing our customer service form. before returning the product.

Our Customer Service team will assess the situation and issue a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. The buyer is responsible for all of the return costs. A 15% restocking fee may be applied if the return item(s) is not in its original condition. If a refund is issued, please allow 2-3 weeks for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Do you offer volume discounts?

For many products, volume discounts are offered and are listed on the product page. Other products may qualify for volume discounts as well. Please contact our customer service department to inquire.

Does Drug Test Central charge sales tax?

The law requires we charge 6% of sales tax to customers in Pennsylvania and an additional 1% or 2% for residents of specific municipalities in Pennsylvania. Sales tax is determined by shipping address. For more information please contact customer service.

Promotional Terms and Conditions:

Devon Medical Products and DrugTestCentral.com use promotions to attract new customers to our site and to retain existing customers. We encourage customers to participate in promotions, but to refrain from abusing them. Any abuse of a promotion which comes to our attention may result in the cancellation of that promotion and/or future promotions. Our definition of abuse by customers includes, but is not limited to, the use of a promotional code intended for another party or posting of a proprietary promotional code on message boards or other online media without written permission from Devon Medical Products.

We reserve the right to limit the number of times customers may participate in a promotion. Identity of participants will be determined on the basis of all or any combination of the following: name, mailing address, e-mail address, credit/charge/debit card number, and any other forms of identification which may be required. Where multiple participation is permitted, we reserve the right to limit the number of bonuses that may be given to any one participant. We may, in our sole discretion, limit the eligibility of customers or of any one end user to participate in promotions, and to restrict the eligibility of any group or category of customers to participate in promotions. We reserve the right to modify, alter, discontinue or terminate a promotion at any time for any reason whatsoever, without notice to customers. However, we will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice to customers of any such modification, alteration, discontinuance or termination.

Shipping & Handling Costs

We charge a flat shipping rate of $4.95 for ground service on all orders under $50.00. Orders over $50.00 ship free (U.S. only).

Expedited shipping is also available. The cost is $14.95 for Three-Day shipping, and $24.95 for Two-Day shipping.

All orders will be shipped in unmarked corrugated boxes.

Delivery Time

Orders placed on Monday — Thursday will be processed and shipped from our warehouse the next business day. (Example: An order placed on Tuesday, will be processed and shipped Wednesday.)

Orders placed on Friday — Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday.

We will email you a tracking number once the order has shipped.

Standard shipping (United States only) is usually 5-7 days from the ship date.

Ground Shipping

Orders shipped by ground in the U.S. are usually delivered within 5-7 business days from ship date. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may require extra time.

Upgraded Shipping

Upgraded shipping can be selected during checkout. We have Two-Day and Three-Day shipping options available.

You can also upgrade shipping by contacting customer service.

Tracking Numbers

After placing an order, you will receive an email with a tracking number. The email will be from customerservice@drugtestcentral.com. If you do not receive the email, first check your SPAM folder. If you cannot find the email with tracking information, please contact customer service.

Shipments to APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes:

We provide first class shipping to APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes. However, for expedited shipping, you must provide your physical address because expedited shipping is NOT available to APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes.

Shipping boxes are discrete and unlabeled

All Drug Test Central shipments are sent in a corrugated white box with only a return address (under the name Devon Medical and a street address).
